This clever nipple bar has a sterling silver nipple rounder on a PFTE bar, which you can trim to fit. Once you have cut the PFTE bar to the right size, the silver nipple rounder will sit comfortably around your nipple. It has an inside diameter of 12mm but will adjust to fit bigger nipples.
