Description

Strip Weights present a less daunting prospect for the wearer than any of the other weights offered being significantly smaller in dimension and consequently lighter in weight.
However the sleekness of the design more than compensates for it’s physical disadvantages over the more heavy duty options. Each strip weight is 50mm long and 8mm wide and weighs approximately 20 grams. A 5mm hole is drilled from side to side at the top of the weight.
