G23 Surgical Titanium Clip-in Jewelled Ball, designed to clip into Ball Closure Rings. Clip-In captive BCR balls have two dimples on either side, which allows the ball to clip into your ring securely. To remove the ball, simply pull the ball until the dimples 'clip' out of the ring.

I got one of these to clip into my smiley as not many people notice it. It looks really cute and is a very good size for the smiley piercing.The flat back makes it more comfortable than other clip ins and it doesn't dent your gum either. The only trouble is they are hard to keep shiny from the plaque that is common with smileys and other mouth piercings. I would imagine they would be perfect for other places though. At £3 they are a steal and add a girly touch to your piercing.
