Great barbell! 5mm x19. Much more comfortable than BCR and looks great. Would like replacent ball ends of different sizes as the barbell is inclined to slide up inside.

I had my initial 2.0mm gauge PA in September 2016 & have been stepping up ever since & currently (April 2017) at 9mm gauge.
I perhaps stretched to 9mm too early (4 weeks after 8mm) so had swelling & soreness problems with 9mm x 14mm BCR.
Luckily I discovered this site with 9mm x 19 mm surgical steel bananas (I couldn't find them elsewhere) so was able to fit it after a couple of days - super quick delivery- & things are almost back to normal.

I'm considering finally going to 10mm gauge but sadly you don't do 10mm x 19mm bananas :-(

I purchased the 5mm x 19mm Barbell. It's much more comfortable than the 5 x 19mm BCR I had before, and the Mrs says it feels great ;)

I'd only used the jewellery that I had from the original piercing which was a CBR which was uncomfortable if I sat or moved in certain ways but after wearing this, I don't have any problems at all and I can barely notice that it's there!
The internal threading makes it very easy to insert and remove.

Bought the 6.0mm and 20mm. Would have liked it a little bit longer, but it fitted with ease using taper insertion pin.It feels great, I hope to go to 8mm soon

I bought a Surgical Steel Princebell Curved Barbell 8 gauge (3.2mm). Having had a PA recently done i couldn't wait to get rid of the huge original piercing ring. Fitted in perfectly straight from a 10 gauge piercing. I agree could do with one bigger ball but perfect in every other way. Looks good & feels good. Will be gauging up soon. Let the adventure begin.
