A great piece of jewelry, it's never fallen out, but is still quite easy to put in and take out. Lovely jewel which catches the light nicely, its subtle but not too subtle which is great! I also really like the fact its flat, as it looks much more dainty and tidy. Only problem I've had is that the end sticks out a little bit, other than that, its a great product :)

Nice tiny flat gem. Perfect if you only want a hint of a sparkle.
Stem of screw is quite long for my nose but not as bad as some I've had :-)

This fits really comfortable inside your nose, and doesn't fall out either, which I've found with a lot of my other nose studs. Only problem with it i found was i have quite a small nose, so the end kept poking out the bottom of my nostril. All in all good product!
