This is a 1.6mm gauge circular barbell with a .925 Sterling silver charm on each end of the 316L Surgical stainless steel stem.
The charm is designed to face the front of the circular barbell, ideal for piercings like the navel (belly piercing), earlobes, lip piercings, labret piercings and other 'forward' facing piercings.

awesome piece of jewellery, i have it in my lip piercing and switched the tiny ball for a labret spike, looks pretty decent, all in all a great product and would defintly recommended to a friend.

I love it! I wear it in my lip piercing and it looks so cute! The Skull bit sticks out a bit but its not really noticeable! The Ball is TINY! i was so surprised! I normally wear a 6mm ball so thats probably why, and all 1.6mm threaded balls fit it too so if you have a favourite ball (like i do) the you can wear it with it :D
