Ball Closure Rings are some of the most popular pieces of body piercing jewellery, available in a great range of sizes and ideal for use in virtually any body piercing!
This plain ball closure ring features two parts; the ring and the clip-in (captive) ball that clips into the ring. The captive ball has two dimples on either side, where the prongs of the ring rest, keeping the ball closure ring securely fastened.
Choosing the correct size of ball closure rings is an important process, ensuring that the ring is not too large or too small for your piercing. The sizes include the gauge (thickness) of the ring, and the internal diameter.
Suitable for: Ear Piercing - Daith, Ear Piercing - Ear Lobe, Ear Piercing - Orbital, Ear Piercing - Pinna, Ear Piercing - Rook, Ear Piercing - Snug, Eyebrow Piercing, Female Genital Piercing, Lip Piercing, Surface Piercing

I bought this in 9mm and it's the perfect size for my septum. However, the ball is too small and I couldn't actually get the ring around my nose. In the end, I opened it up with my pliers and used a larger ball. It looks great!
But well worth it!! I got the 1.2mm/6mm for my nose, wanted a tiny one so I knew it would be tricky to get the ball on. It's taken me about half an hour and a lot of patience but have managed it in the end. Did it just as I was about to give up! :) Looks super cute!! Wouldn't recommend for a new-ish piercing as it took a lot of fiddling and tugging about to get the ball on and that could make it sore.

I got the ring in the post today it was quite cheap and I didn't expect it to be great but there was very fast delivery and I'm incredibly pleased with the item I will be buying from you again. Thanks :)

I bought the 8mm ball closure ring and use it in my bottom lip. I found it a bit tricky to get in at first, but once it is in you barely notice that it is there, it is so much comfier than labret studs.
The ball is really secure, and I am not worried about it falling out.
For this price it is defiantly worth it, really good deal compared to other websites I have used in the past.
Excellent. Can be hard to clip the ball in at first but after a few uses it becomes easy. A must have for piercings.

They're a little fiddley I have two in my helix. I put in the rings in and my brother had to put the balls on with eyebrow tweezers, its much more simple then trying to mess on with them yourself :). The balls stay on amazingly aswell which I thought wouldn't happen :). Recommended to loads of my friends they're getting them too! :)
J'Adore these(L) x
I absolutely love wearing my silver BCR in my nose piercing. It is the comfiest jewellery for me (studs don't sit well in my piercing, they rub the insides of my nose and hurt after a while)
When brand new, sometimes the ball on BCRs can be a little stiff, but a little twiddling and it should be okay :)
It is definitely my favourite piece of jewellery and wouldn't ever wear anything different (out of choice) :D

as said they are a little fiddly, I stretched the opening a fraction with just means I can pop the ball in easier (especially with my small size - and it's on my helix)
cute and traditional!!
No complaints - and a great price!
i was suspicious of the cheap price for these, but i was happy when they arrived to see that they were of the same quality as at my piercing shop.
i think having some small set of pliers is a good idea, with the number of piercings i have i would say its necessary. its so much easier to get the balls in that way. it was hard at first but now ive got it down, and its very easy.
I've spend a lot more money on things worth a lot less, now i cant believe how much i have overspent on jewelry over the years..
As the title suggests, these really do the job and can be put in near enough every piercing. Only drawback is that the ball can be stiff when first purchased so it may take a while to clip back in (which can be extremely frustrating). You may find though with larger gauges, you need to enlarge the space where the ball is with some pliers in order to put the ball back in as it can take a while and it makes it alot easier. You don't tend to have this problem with 1.2mm though.
