This labret stud is internally threaded which means that the thread is attached to the front disc, not the bar. This gives the bar a smooth end that will not irritate your piercing, even if it is sensitive. Beautifully machined in 316L surgical steel.

This is so great to hide your septum piercings!! I got 1.6mmx6mm and it fits perfectly! Bit fiddly to get in but looks great and fits so well that it doesn't get in the way when blowing my nose etc!

Extremely pleased with this new labret. It is great to leave in my cartilage piercing while sleeping ( much comfier than my old body spiral), and looks just that little bit out of the ordinary! I do not know why more people don't have these.
And as always, the delivery was seamless, arriving even earlier than expected.

I bought this to wear in my lobe piercing and it looks very nice; I really enjoy the way it catches the light :) It lies flat on my lobe, but is not completely un-noticeable. Very nice for something a little different!

Bought this product as I felt a ball for my labret was slightly too ostentatious - this solved the problem completely; it sat flush with the bottom of my lip and caused no irritation at all, the only hard part was insertion/removal.

I got this labret stud as I was having problems sleeping on a cartilage piercing, within a few days of wearing it, the irritation had settled down. A great discrete piece.
