I bought the 3.2mm one for my septum as the steel eyelet I had in was uncomfortable. This is the complete opposite, it is extremely comfortable and lightweight. Would recommend this product 100%.

If you love pearls like I do, and if you're kinda sad because of the fact that you can't wear them because of your stretched ears, these eyelets are for you... if you were thinking about buying the white ones, think twice, because these are the same... but with a little more originality and feminity...
Whatever... they look really lovely, I guess that all my friends will find them beautiful tomorrow ! (they are finally brighter (shinier?)(my english is weird, sorry) than what you can see on the picture ^^)
