I had both the top and bottom of my naval pierced with a metal bar going through it was so painful to bend down. The PTFE bar made it so much easier to bend :)

omg! this is the most amazing peice of jewerlly i own>.. its great for doing gymnastics as you can bend and stuff without you belly bar surfacing or hurting you.
the metal balls give the stylish look to your belly bar so it dosnt look like you have a bit of plastic in your belly.
