PVD Coated G23 Surgical Titanium Top Hat for stretched earlobe piercings. Top hats feature a fixed lip on one end of the shaft, with a removable silicone rubber o-ring on the other end to keep this flesh tunnel securely in place.
Top hats are very versatile and can be worn through the ear facing either way, with the o-ring facing forwards or the lip facing forwards depending on your choice. You can wear different styles of replacement o-rings on the end of this flesh tunnel to change your look within seconds!

These are my favourite jewellery to wear in my 12mm lobes. Not too heavy, very comfortable, and extremely stylish. I can sleep in them without too much worry as the o-rings tend to stay on quite tight, as well. A little expensive in my size, but definitely worth it for the quality, and they show off the size of my piercings much better than most other flesh tunnels I've worn

These are fantastic, nice and simple but with all the O ring variations it's really easy to change it up.

Ive bought both this and the blackline flesh tunnel, and although i am very fond of the tunnel, i found it a bit to chunky and large (good if you want that look tho), whereas this is perfect, great looking but not to large. also the hole is a little larger than the tunnel
