Doesn't come loose and feels nice unlike other spikes. it may seem a bit expensive compared to others but its good quality.

easy to keep fixed, i once purchased a spike for my barbell from another place. and with in 2 weeks i was out lookin for a new one cos it came loose and went missing, these have stayed in for along time now. and look hot!!
