Bought this for my upper ear piercing: it's really comfy at night, and looks great during the day. Only problem is, be careful!:mine fell out and I didn't even feel it! No idea where it is now :(

Bioplast is definitely one of the best materials for oral piercings - it's flexible and doesn't harm your teeth and gums. And this little heart looks really good in monroe/madonna piercings! But it does have a habit of turning upside down after a while... otherwise, it looks great.
