Very good quality and can hardly see it when it is in my nose piercing. Would day that when light is on it you can see it as it is not matte but not shiny either, and also there is a black dot where the flat top meets the actual piercing bar, but it does just look like a black head. Overall, not visible unless you are looking purposely to see it!
