An Orbital Piercing is created by two piercings next to each other, joined with one piece of jewellery that enters and exits both piercings together. The 'orbital' refers to the shape made by the jewellery as it weaves through both holes, creating an 'orbit' around the skin in between the two piercings.
Orbital piercings are most often done on earlobes and ear cartiage.
