This piercing can be irritated by underwear and start to reject, so it should be monitored for signs of rejection. We recommend wearing unrestrictive underwear and abstaining from sexual activity until the piercing is fully healed. Clean with mild soap and water or saline solution daily and avoid swimming or submersion in water until healed, taking showers rather than baths.
