Helix Piercing
I went on the strength of a friend's recomendation. The two staff I met were really friendly, and they're strict on ID, I was asked for it even though I'm plenty old enough! I went with a friend and sat in on her piercing before having mine, we saw Kate. She was brilliant, I was a bit nervous as it's been years since I had my lobes done, but she was really great. The place was really clean and all the aftercare instructions were gone over with us as well as general health things prior to piercing. I wanted my mark moved once it was drawn on, which was no problem at all and my piercing is exactly where I wanted it. I got a student discount and it wasn't really expensive to start with. If I get anything else done I'm definitely going back there.

Friendly, clean
Had my septum pierced here recently, was soo clean and professional, quick and not as painful as I thought. They were really friendly and knowledgeable, will return!

Nipple piercing
Went in in early December 08 for a nipple piercing, after reading good reviews and being told great things about Thou Art. The staff were really friendly and I felt very comfortable in the environment. The cleanliness was also brilliant, and the whole procedure felt very professional. They provided me with salt and cotton wool swabs to use after the piercing. My piercing is healing really well and I would definately reccommend Thou Art!

Thou Art
about a month and a half ago i went for a monroe piercing. There were some trainees in and i was asked if they could watch my piercing, i said yes and got £5 off :D the piercing was veryyy hygienic...face mask, multiple glove changes and mouthwash for a rinse before hand. A dot was drawn for placement which i asked to be moved over a tad which was done no problem, aftercare was explained and i walked out a very happ customer
ACE!! definatley recommend!

Lip piercing at Thou Art
A good studio with good pricing. The staff were pretty friendly and the piercer put me at ease by answering my questions. Thought it was good I was asked for ID and they checked to see if I'd eaten before they pierced me. The hygience of the place was really good. A very private piercing room and very accurate procedure carried out before piercing. I was a little disappointed no aftercare kit was available but otherwise I had a pretty good experience there.

superb place to go
I went over on Saturday (end of October 2008) fir my first piercing (septum).
I couldn't recommend this place more, so friendly, welcoming, put me at ease, and the piercing rooms are spotless, very good, i'll be going back for more :)

Brilliant
I was really really impressed with the friendly staff who put me straight at ease and were exceptionally helpful when I was trying to decide whether to have my piercing done. I was reassured to be asked my age and for ID as well as having to answer a few questions about my general health.
They have also fitted jewelery for me when I've bought it (after its been properly sterilised!) which has been helpful because I find it quite fiddly
The piercer put me at ease cos I was really nervous and made sure to properly explain the aftercare to me.

not good enough
i went in for a lip piercings around a month ago after hearing very good things about the studio. its a very proffesional place, clean and friendly staff. after getting my piercing it was in the wrong place so i went back in for a consult and they said to either leave it or take it out. i did take it out and went back in for a repierce and was told that i wouldnt be able to get a free repierce. i felt very annoyed as i paid alot for the piercing plus alot of travel and due to theyre lack of information i was out on money and i had to pay again even with it being theyre mistake. very disapointing.

Wonderful Thou Art
I had my nose pierced there about 2 months ago and was very impressed. The environment was immaculately clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have felt more reassurred and informed about the piercing procedure and aftercare. I would highly reccommend them to anyone.

Thou Art
I've been to other piercers in Sheffield..and they were alright, but once I found Thou Art I've never looked back.
The staff are all really friendly, and don't mind answering any questions you may have.
The studio is clean and really well put together.
