This G23 Surgical Titanium Top Hat is available in a variety of sizes. It comes with a spare rubber o-ring that is fitted on the back to keep it secure.

We do recommend purchasing some spare o-rings as they can get lost from time to time!

The top hat is a great piece of stretching jewellery as they really show off the hole in your ear, whilst also being easy to fit without irritating your ear. The top hat has a fully smooth surface, unlike flesh tunnels that have a thread on the shaft.

This piece, in my eyes, is essential if anyone has a smaller sized flesh tunnel. Almost everyone has commented on how it looks up against my dark hair. The surface makes it so easy to put it, no hassle, no pain, no irritation. No complaints at all
