This G23 Surgical Titanium Top Hat comes with a spare rubber o-ring that is fitted on the back to keep it secure.

We do recommend purchasing some spare o-rings as they can get lost from time to time!

The top hat is a great piece of stretching jewellery as they really show off the hole in your ear, whilst also being easy to fit without irritating your ear. The top hat has a fully smooth surface, unlike flesh tunnels that have a thread on the shaft.
