Originally I had bought this for my 1.2mm labret. Since I've stretched the hole to match the others I obviously had to pick another labret to replace the longbar.
I didn't even think twice about getting the same Pico Spike for my 1.6mm
It's truely a great accessory.

Keep note, however, that the tip can be a little bit 'pointy'. Not necessarily 'sharp', in the sense that it won't prick your finger without quite some force, though it can easily poke through fabrics without much effort at all.
While that's a good thing for most (yay) try to be a bit careful when doing certain things (like kissing).

I use this on my lip piercing, and it's great for everyday wear. Not to 'in-ur-face' and yet very cool!

Bought this along with another labret, and I love it!
It's very light-weight, and suprisingly pointy! It's not skin-tearingly sharp, but you certainly feel a prick with a push of a finger.

I love it completely, and it feels really solid.
Definitely recommended for any peircing!

I love these! I was looking all over the place online to find a spike that looked like this. I finally found it. I bought 2 to put on the end of my industrial bar. These look so sick! They are the perfect size in every aspect. Anyone would be pleased to wear these.
