I have this in 4mm on my centre labret. Brilliant! Never fallen off or even got loose but I can unscrew it if I want. Doesnt look cheap and hasnt tarnished and is a good size for my face.

I bought two of these as a gift for my friend ( in 5 mm size ), she has two Microdermals on the side of her wrist. They are placed vertical and it looks really cool, as if it is a surface bar. They blink nicely too, very smooth. Great product!

I use these in my 1.6mm vertical labret piercing, and they are the perfect size! They fit snugly and securely in my 5/16" curved barbell, and they're dainty but still shiny and visible. Even my relatives who hate my piercings have complimented me on them!
