These ingenious steel ball shields fit over threaded balls to give your old body jewellery a whole new look.

Surgical steel ball shields can be added to any barbell, labret stud or body spiral with a plain ball. Because they fit over the ball, it is best to buy a shield 1mm bigger than your ball – e.g. a 4mm ball will need a 5mm shield. They have 1.6mm holes, so they will fit onto bars that are 1.6mm or smaller.
