I love this, I ordered one for my xmas party, as a few work people haven't seen my piercing, and don't like the idea, this is visibly a little more subtle!
Just the tips of the ends stick out, looks great, but beware taking your shirt off or putting it on, its easy to catch on things, ouchies!
Great product though, by far my favorite septum piece.
