Purchased two of these in 5mm and 6mm for my stretched lobes and am very pleased. Cooling after a stretch and just long enough to look snazzy in lobe piercings (and i have thick lobes!).

Need to be cleaned well though as ear cheese can build up where the bullet part meets the base.

I used the septum bullet keeper to stretch up my septum at 6g (4mm). All went well without any problems, the length is perfect and the o-ring never fell out!
I only have to clean this two times a day because of septum cheese (with steel I tend to have it a lot) but other than this, it's perfect!

I used these to stretch my ears up from normal piercing size to 8mm (where I have stopped now) and they were great...

There dirt cheap and very comfortable and look great as well unlike the majority of the plastic tapers

although they aren't very long, they are really good for stretching your ear up with tapers as they fit perfectly into the indent. and they look really cool afterward. i'd definitely recommend.
