I recently bought the largest and heaviest of the ball stretching weights, the 35 by 56 mm size. It arrived in only 1 working day via UPS, and I am very impressed with the high quality and excellent finish of this product.
I found the best way of fitting it was to stretch the scrotum to 70 mm for about 30 minutes using just a pair of steel or rubber rings with 50 mm spacers in between, the internal diameter of the rings used being 35mm. After removing them, one half of the ball weight was placed on the left side of the scrotum and the left ball pulled over the end. The other half of the weight was then placed on the right hand side but further back, and then moved forward to push the right ball alongside the left one. The screws could the be loosely inserted and gradually tightened - taking great care to keep the skin clear of the gap while doing so!
The effect is great, and the weight is comfortable for long periods. It gets quite warm due to the blood circulating normally.
However, I would recommend starting with a smaller size if you have not done this before. I've now ordered the other three sizes so that I can experiment with different combinations of extensions and weights.
A very interesting product, not just a toy.

I recently purchased a 28 mm ball stretcher the delivery was very rapid. It is of exelent quality and fits well I Have worn it for 12hours with no discomfort. Thanks
