This large gauge barbell features a surgical steel bar with 6mm acrylic balls. It is internally threaded, so it will pass smoothly through even sensitive piercings - perfect for new stretches.
This barbell is really good value, especially for stretched piercings. However if you're using it for a stretched tongue piercing, then you need to remove the balls and clean it once a day because plaque builds up a lot!

Great product for stretching
I bought a pair of these when I was going to stretch to 2,4mm. In my opinion, tunnels and plugs just don't look that cool in smaller gauges, and all-steel barbells are a bit dull, so for me this was a great choice. Since the bar is stainless steel and internally threaded it's perfect for fresh stretches. It's also lightweight and easy to keep clean.
