was given a gorgeous nipple crown for my birthday but it was a tad too big for me (I kinda jangled when I moved)

got a couple of these to pad things out, and they did the job perfectly :) sooooo gonna have to get more

I'm SO glad I ordered a spare. It's slightly bigger than the O-ring that came with my monroe retainer, so it was a hell of a lot easier to put on.

cheap and good for when u lose the amount of O rings i have would recommend you buy a size too small so it will stay on a bit better and thier silicone rubber so they dont break if you buy a size too small by accicedent
