i used bar closing rings and segment rings and before i bought these they where a nightmare to put in/take out. this product helped me out to no end. just remember only a small amount of pressure is needed but the best thing is if you do happen to open it too much you have the bar closing pliers to shape them back. would reconmend to all.

Now I can use these properly I love them.
To begin with, as I was opening a rook piercing, I found them so tricky to angle correctly and slightly painful...closing them was a lot easier!
But once I got the hang of using them I found that I can't live without them.
