Best Thing Since Sliced Bread!

PTFE - plastic fantastic, use it all the time in my studio for comfortable and fast healing piercings. Especially good for scaffold/industrial piercings, tongues and navels. Fully autoclaveable and can be cut to size. I recommend it for piercings that are sore from being under pressure (such as industrials) as a respite option. Yes the white plastic isn't as pretty as shiny metal but it is much more comfortable and you can put whatever ball you want on it.Worth getting a thread cutter though as it's not always reliable to use the accessory to cut a thread for you.

easy to get in and good for anything thats taking its time to heal whatever the piercing it can be used.

Great stuff

Got a helix piercing that's taking ages to heal. It was pierced with a gun cos I didn't know any better and I kept fiddling with the stud cos it didn't feel good, but after a few weeks I fiddled so much it fell out so I replaced it with a BCR but even that didn't feel too good. Got PTFE in now and I hardly touch it cos it feels fine. Best thing I ever had in any of my ear pircings. Really recommend it.
