I used these for stretching at 7mm and 9mm. They're cheap and come in all the awkward sizes, which is awesome as I really didn't want to skip sizes. They make your stretch look huge too - I got a lot more comments at 7mm wearing these than I do now at 10mm wearing other things. The o rings can be a bit of a bugger though, I constantly lost mine, so I'd suggest stocking up.

i've only just started stretching but these things truely are the dog's balls. i've started from 5mm and am on my way to 8mm. i like how you can buy different styles and colours of O rings...get some nice variations on the go ;) i would recommend these plugs to peaople starting out and for people going on :D

i adore the way these plugs are available in awkward sizes such as 13mm and 17mm etc amazing look and feel. very lightweight and inexpensive YES! a must buy.

I have hundreds of these from when I stretched up both my ears and they're so much better to wear than tunnels when stretching because they're straight across rather than curved.
Also I wear these to work and most people don't seem to notice, other than people with piercings because they know what they're looking at!
