i ordered this for my nose to replace the massive stud i had in my nose when it was first done and although i had to straighten out the hook a little to get it in my nose it has been fabulous since then it is a wonderful item and now matches my nipple jewllry!plus it is very discreet if ur employer isnt big on having nose studs...but all in all a wonderful product
