Helix barbell stirrups are some of the most adorable pieces of jewellery specially designed for wearing in helix piercings (the rim of your ear).
The barbell is removed from the stirrup, the stirrup is placed around the rim of your ear, the barbell is then fitted into your piercing, so that the strirrup cuffs your ear and the design hangs down.
The Custom Stirrup allows you to hook and hang your own piece of jewellery from the stirrup.
