PVD Coated G23 Surgical Titanium Top Hat for stretched earlobe piercings. Top hats feature a fixed lip on one end of the shaft, with a removable silicone rubber o-ring on the other end to keep this flesh tunnel securely in place.
Top hats are very versatile and can be worn through the ear facing either way, with the o-ring facing forwards or the lip facing forwards depending on your choice. You can wear different styles of replacement o-rings on the end of this flesh tunnel to change your look within seconds!
