I have one of these in my left lobe next to a white ball looks awesome! and its just big enough (4mm) with out being too big as I have tiny ear lobes.

I got two of these, i wear them in my surface anchors. Subtle and cute! I'd wish they were available in bigger than 5mm, tho.

I use this in my 4th love piercing (4 mm) and the black star with the white gem in my 3rd lobe piercing (5 mm). I have gotten many compliments for them. They look adorable!
