PVD coated G23 surgical titanium blackline internally threaded barbell with 4mm balls.

The internally threaded blackline barbell features two removable balls that can be replaced with any other 1.6mm externally threaded accessory, such as cones or jewelled balls.

The internally threaded design is a very comfortable and practical feature that helps with easy fitting and removal of your jewellery without any discomfort. Each end of the bar has an internal thread, leaving the outer surface 100% smooth.

Blackline barbells are also very versatile, used for any 1.6mm thick piercing (this may include ears, nipples and eyebrow piercings) providing the size fits you correctly.

Pretty good (By tantalurina - 21 Mar, 2009)

I was really pleased when I got this, it looks great. My only problem was that one of the balls seemed somewhat easier to unscrew than my other barbells, but that should be fixed by just screwing it tighter and was no real fault.
