Under Age Piercing
I'm 18 years old and I want to get my tongue done. My cousin wants to get it too but shes 15 shes very mature and looks about 20. Do you know any piercing shops in london that will do it.

I know I'm new to the boards, but I'll save everyone else the time and tell you that you shouldn't trust any place that will pierce an underaged person. If they do that, what other laws would they be willing to break? Maybe some concerning health/safety. Besides, when I turn 18 in two weeks and get my piercings, they will have been worth the wait!

up until the age of 16, you must have parental consent to be pierced.Sarah

and if you look 20 but have no id will the refuse you. What do they mean by consent. Does the adult have to be present or do they just require a letter stating its fine.
