nose piercing
will getting a cold make the nose piercing infected? I know it will irritate it with blowing your nose ect. I wanna get mine done but Im curious as to how getting sick will effect it.

Right after i got my nose pierced, i thought i had a cold and it was irratating, but the nose piercing was a cause, your nose is trying to fight off your ring, therefore it gets stuffy and runny, but as long as you dont pull and pick at your nose ring it will be fine, do not take it out til its healed and clean it as your told to and your nose will be fine. Get your nose pierced!

don't do what i did. i had a vindaloo (real hot curry) the day i got my septum pierced. it set my nose streaming but i couldn't wipe it properly. best to lay off the heavily spicy food with a new nasal piercing
