Default NEED SOME HELP DESPERATELY, KELOID OR HYPERTROPHIC SCARRING BEHIND TRAGUS (pic)

First of all I'd like to say sorry as I know someone's only just recently posted a similar post with pics etc. It's just that I consider mine to be much more severe and am also unsure of what exactly it is and how to deal with it. I've been reading loads about what kind of treat, ents there are and I dont want to be stuck with this hideous thing forever!!!!!!!

So as you can see it's round the back of my tragus. Now the front is comparatively "normal" so I havent included it in the picture, I'm pretty sure that front is just a really small case of hypertrophic scarring and it's being reduced with my salt soaks. However there hasnt really been any difference to the back part with the salt and I'm really scared it's going to be permanent.
I got this just over 3 months about and it's only really been in the last month that this has developed and the reason I'm only just addressing it now is that I hadn't actually seen it untill today when I took the picture and was horrified. Please don't shout me down about keloids etc I just want to be sure so I can start sorting it out, its pretty huge :(

What's people's advice on tea tree oil or chamomile? I don't want to take it out either cos I don't want to be left with a big ugly ear. Please help :(

there you go.

firstly that looks alot worse than the hypertrophic scars that i had, also you might want to change your bcr to a labret it will irritate the piercing less.

correct me if im wrong but with the position and the size of the bump wont taking the BCR out and putting a labret in irritate it even more? plus, it will be more difficult to get a labret in there due to the swelling!
would it not be better to leave the BCR in there?

ye i just looked at the pic again, and the way the bump has formed i dont think you could get a labret in there, as sam has said.

do you think it looks more like a keloid than hypertropic as mine never looked like that.

im no expert when it comes to getting these things down! i had to retire my tragus due to this same problem! im presuming someone may suggest going to the doctors and getting some antibiotics! like mine, it looks like its past the point where it can be healed with LITHA, SSS or anything else!
leave the BCR in there, keep it clean and go the docs is my opinion! x
