Is this alright to do on the same day (oh, the pain)?

I remember doing my scaffold last June and being told the second hole would hurt more as...I can't remember the reason but it made sense at the time, but I'm prepared for that. Or so I think, haha.

I figured as it's my only facial piercing and Araba doesn't do things by halves, plus it's a birthday present to myself, I'll go along with this. Is it better to have them spaced out or close together, or will my piercer decide that when I go see them? I've got about 6 weeks to do my research, as my birthday is 16th September.

It's generally best to leave time between each piercing...sorry I cant answer your other Qs..but I looks really nice and I soo want it done as soon as i'm better.

Hehe...Guess I was too late, you probably found the thread :)

I like them but I think it'd drive me crazy with two cause I'm prone to bumps

I didn't find the thread, I just saw it after I posted this, haha.

I'm prone to bumps too. After reading what everyone says, maybe I should leave it in between piercings, but I'm thinking...I had my scaffold done and that's two holes on the same ear, why shouldn't I be able to do my nose. I'll ask my piercer, I like her cos she's not one of those piercers who'll do it anyway just because it means getting money.

Hmmm I wouldnt advise having to nostril piercings together, id have ione then heal it then go for the other.

The almighty Spike speaks. I was just about to ask you, actually.

Aww, I'm kinda gutted that I can't do both at once, but hey, I guess just starting off with the first is a step forward. Thanks everyone.

It's kinda different for a scaffold because they are quite spaced out but yeah one step at a time i love my solo nose stud but now I think it's time to make it look a little different..i'm guessing the 2nd one could be a little more painful because it might go through more flesh or something... (i've been fiddling around trying to see where the 2nd one would look best)

I'm thinking of going to my piercer, telling her that I want the double piercing, so she can pierce the first one in a suitable position, knowing that I'll be back later to do the second.

That sounds like a very good plan :)

Good luck with it!

the second piercing in a session will always hurt more coz you build yourself up usually for one piercing so its the adrenaline rush that makes it seem less painful than the second coz with the second you know what kind of pain to expect lol
that what my piercer said when i got my third lobes done with needle anyways :P

Wouldn't the screwy bit get all tangled up if you used the twisty stud things? [Great wording huh!]
Hmmmm...

Hello everybody :]
I had my nose pierced aaaages ago and took it out for some reason I can't remember.
I've just had it re-done and decided I want a double nose piercing on the same nostril, I know I have to wait for it to heal now.
But I can't remember how long that is...
I've been told 8 weeks, does that sound right?
