We offer FREE WORLDWIDE delivery on all body jewellery orders over £10.00! This is roughly equivalent to €15.00 or $20.00, depending on the foreign exchange rate at the time. The shopping cart screen displays if your order qualifies for free delivery or how much you need to add to your order to qualify for free delivery.

Please note, some bulky adult novelty products, giftware & fashion accessory items do not qualify for free shipping. In such cases you will only be charged for the shipping on the bulky items and not on any body jewellery items in the order.

Here at the Body Jewellery Shop we take great care to ensure that your body jewellery reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. All packages are discreetly packaged for your peace of mind.

SAME DAY DISPATCH!
Orders placed before 3:30pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. Orders placed after 3:30pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day.

Recorded delivery is shipped along with standard first class mail, however it requires a signature, and can be tracked to a certain extent through the royal mail website at www.RoyalMail.com.
Compensation is available for lost packages is available from the Royal Mail up to £28.00

City Link Next Business Day By 5:30pm (UK Mainland Only)

City Link is a UK only service, excluding Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and certain isles off mainland Britain.

City Link packages arrive by 5pm and require the customer to sign for it upon arrival. Delivery will be attempted TWICE in an event of absence, and a failure of delivery card will be posted through the door both times.

If a package is not delivered or collected, it will be sent back to us. City Link charges us for undelivered packages to be returned back to our address. This charge is normally around £5 - £6, and must be passed on to the customer. The advantage of using City Link is that extremely heavy packages can be shipped at a very low rate. Anything from 1kg to 16kg is charged at £6.50.

Tracking is available from the CityLink website at www.City-Link.co.uk.

*IMPORTANT* - MAKE SURE YOU PERSONALLY ARE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE! CityLink will NOT deliver packages to ANYONE other than the person who ordered the goods.

Royal Mail Standard International Mail

Standard International is the most basic of the Royal Mail's overseas services. There is no tracking facility available and packages generally take around a week to arrive. We would not recommend this service for larger or more expensive orders.

Royal Mail 'Signed for' Registered International Mail

Packages must be signed for on receipt, there is a tracking facility on www.RoyalMail.com which unfortunately, can only track packages up until the point that they leave the UK, and compensation is available for lost packages up to £28.00. Packages are supposed to take a week, however the Royal Mail will not accept a package as being 'lost' until after 2 months. We are unable to ship replacement packages until that time.

UPS Express Courier is by far the best form of overseas shipping. Delivery time is normally within 48 hours to Europe and US, and the rest of the world in a few days.

Full, comprehensive tracking is available at www.ups.com.

UPS will try to deliver the package to you several times, however if you are not available and unable to be contacted, UPS will eventually send the items back to ourselves and this will incur additional charges.
