How do I use Vernier Calipers to measure jewellery?

Vernier Calipers are used to measure jewellery (length and/or diameter) as accurately as possible. Our Swiss Precision Vernier Calipers are the standard in professional body piercing hardware. Swiss Precision Vernier Calipers have a dial on the front of the tool indicating the nearest tenth of a millimeter, whilst the fixed main scale will indicate your nearest millimeter.

Our Surgical Steel Vernier Calipers are cheaper to purchase and are ideal for measuring to the nearest millimeter. These may be slightly confusing if never used before, but are simple to use once you know how.
